We offer a variety of 1:1 and 1:2 Personal Training plans, guaranteeing results.
Delivering the sessions from our private personal training studio means the focus is on you. Each session is developed for you by your dedicated Coach in order to support your progress and maximise your results.Beyond the studio you will receive ongoing support from start to finish. All plans include an initial 1:1 Consultation and Goal Setting Session; Body Composition Analysis; Structured Training Programme; Nutrition Guidance; direct contact with your Coach; Check-Ins; An Achievement Session on completion and two connection PT sessions to use any time up to three months following completion of your plan.

1:2 Personal Training
Train with a friend or partner
Benefit from the added motivation of training with a partner whilst reducing the cost per person.

Small group
Monthly Membership
(Maximum 4 people per session)
STRENF group sessions are for those that want a physically demanding workout focussing on functional fitness and utilising effective methods for improving strength and cardio performance.
Our group sessions offer the opportunity to train with other members of the STRENF community whilst being small enough to enable our Coaches to focus on you and provide the support you need to get the most out of the session and strive towards your goals.
Group training is structured and delivered in 4 blocks throughout the year, providing you with variety and an optimal 12-month cycle to achieve a new level of fitness.

Most frequent questions and answers regarding our Personal Training in Bolton
All of the plans developed by STRENF are based on your goals and relative to your ability. We work with you based on your current level of ability and provide a structure whereby you will progress and develop to the next level. The plans and sessions will be challenging in order for you to develop, but you will have the full support and guidance of your Coach every step of the way. Please contact our team via the contact page with any queries and we’ll get back to you.
We offer three levels of service within our 1:1 and 1:2 plans. Overall duration of the plans ranges from 8 weeks to 12 weeks. Individual training sessions last for one hour. Refer to the What We Do and Pricing section for details of each package.
We recognise the importance in understanding the different needs and abilities of every client. During our 1:1 consultation we’ll discuss your lifestyle, ongoing commitments, strengths and weaknesses to ascertain a plan that is achievable. We are more than Personal Trainers, we are Coaches and are here to motivate and support you towards your goals on every aspect for a balanced lifestyle.
Our 1:1 plans start from £170 per month and 1:2 plans start from £114 per person / per month. We offer 5% discount if you wish to pay for the package in full as opposed to monthly payments. Yes, the priority of a Strenf plan is you. We develop the plans for you, your ability and your goals. You receive a 1:1 personal service.
