Adam is a certified level 3 Personal Trainer and the co-founder of STRENF. Adam has been in the industry for 10 years and specialises in helping his clients adopt the habits needed to maintain a healthier lifestyle.

Baggio is a certified level 3 Personal Trainer and the co-founder of STRENF. Dean has been in the industry for over a decade and specialises in functional fitness. Having competed in multiple competitions, he adapts the most effective methods from Crossfit, functional fitness and mobility, and applies them to STRENF’s hybrid form of training.

Most frequent questions and answers regarding our Personal Training in Bolton

All of the plans developed by STRENF are based on your goals and relative to your ability. We work with you based on your current level of ability and provide a structure whereby you will progress and develop to the next level. The plans and sessions will be challenging in order for you to develop, but you will have the full support and guidance of your Coach every step of the way. We offer three levels of service within our 1:1 and 1:2 plans. Overall duration of the plans ranges from 8 weeks to 12 weeks. Individual training sessions last for one hour. Refer to the What We Do and Pricing section for details of each package.

We recognise the importance in understanding the different needs and abilities of every client. During our 1:1 consultation we’ll discuss your lifestyle, ongoing commitments, strengths and weaknesses to ascertain a plan that is achievable. We are more than Personal Trainers, we are Coaches and are here to motivate and support you towards your goals on every aspect for a balanced lifestyle.

Our 1:1 plans start from £170 per month and 1:2 plans start from £114 per person / per month. We offer 5% discount if you wish to pay for the package in full as opposed to monthly payments. Yes, the priority of a Strenf plan is you. We develop the plans for you, your ability and your goals. You receive a 1:1 personal service. Whatever your fitness goals are we’ll work with you to set achievable targets. Whilst we always maintain the principles of discipline, accountability and balance, we are here to support you.
