      All of the plans developed by STRENF are based on your goals and relative to your ability. We work with you based on your current level of ability and provide a structure whereby you will progress and develop to the next level. The plans and sessions will be challenging in order for you to develop, but you will have the full support and guidance of your Coach every step of the way. Please contact our team via the contact page with any queries and we’ll get back to you.

      We offer three levels of service within our 1:1 and 1:2 plans. Overall duration of the plans ranges from 8 weeks to 12 weeks. Individual training sessions last for one hour. Refer to the What We Do and Pricing section for details of each package.

      We recognise the importance in understanding the different needs and abilities of every client. During our 1:1 consultation we’ll discuss your lifestyle, ongoing commitments, strengths and weaknesses to ascertain a plan that is achievable. We are more than Personal Trainers, we are Coaches and are here to motivate and support you towards your goals on every aspect for a balanced lifestyle.

      Yes, the priority of a Strenf plan is you. We develop the plans for you, your ability and your goals. You receive a 1:1 personal service. Whatever your fitness goals are we’ll work with you to set achievable targets. Whilst we always maintain the principles of discipline, accountability and balance, we are here to support you.
